What this site collects
Short version: the numbers you type never leave your device.
The calculators
Every calculation on bankloan.sg runs inside your own browser. Your loan amount, income, rates and balances are never sent to a server, never stored, and never seen by anyone — including us. Close the tab and they are gone.
The PDF report is produced in your browser too, using your device's own print-to-PDF. Nothing is uploaded to create it.
Analytics
If analytics are switched on, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages get read. That records the usual things — pages viewed, rough location by country, device type, and where you arrived from. It does not record anything you type into a calculator.
Advertising
This site carries a single advertising strip. Where a third-party ad is served, that provider may set its own cookies for measurement or personalisation under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.
Contact and WhatsApp
If you tap a WhatsApp button you leave this site and open WhatsApp with a message pre-filled. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it.

Everything here is an estimate based on published rules and the figures you enter. It is not a loan offer, a valuation or financial advice. Rates and policies change; confirm your position with your bank before acting on anything you read here.
